Pastoral Care
One of our goals is to help provide an environment where every person grows, flourishes and contributes by serving others in the church family and beyond. There is a sense in which the care and encouragement needed for this is the responsibility of everyone in the church. Natural relationships are often the best means of experiencing care and support. A great deal of care also happens spontaineously through involvement in a small group such as a Cell or Mission Community.
We also have a Pastoral Care Team who help to ensure that practical, spiritual and emotional support are available when needed. The team themselves do not provide all this but they help to implement support systems when needed.
