Leadership of the Brookside Family...
Brookside is led by a leadership team and supported by a team of trustees. The leadership team is responsible for the oversight of the church family and together we are committed to a style of leadership that is very relational, affirming and enabling. We share our lives and seek to be real, because we think this kind of transparency and vulnerability are important.
We are also determined to make our leadership 'environmental'. It is not our responsibility to control everything that happens in the church or in people's lives, but rather to create an environment where people are encouraged and inspired to discover who they truly are and live out the dreams God seeds within them. Nurturing and protecting this kind of environment is a key leadership priority.
