Leadership of the Brookside Family...

We believe that the Godhead (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) provides the best example of a leadership team and together they are both relational and environmental. This is our model and inspiration.

Brookside is led by a leadership team and supported by a team of trustees. The leadership team is responsible for the oversight of the church family and together we are committed to a style of leadership that is very relational, affirming and enabling. We share our lives and seek to be real, because we think this kind of transparency and vulnerability are important.

We are also determined to make our leadership 'environmental'. It is not our responsibility to control everything that happens in the church or in people's lives, but rather to create an environment where people are encouraged and inspired to discover who they truly are and live out the dreams God seeds within them. Nurturing and protecting this kind of environment is a key leadership priority.

Trustees manage our risk register and they function in line with principles outlined by the Charity Commission. Trustees serve for three years and then can continue in their roles for further three year periods. Currently our Trustees are;
